The fixes were against FP2.  There were fixes for the compiler the linker
and the resource compiler.

However, this was not my point.  My point is that using versions of VAC,
even when fully FP'ed may still have issues and using versions of VAC from
undefined sources appears to be a good way to have even more issues.
