This make sense. cwmm is a bit of a wrapper for other applications.  If
you look at these hard-coded paths you might notice that replace.cmd says:

 'replace
G:\Projects_working\Audio_cdcreator_050\source\ProgFolder\progfolder.dll
d:\OS2\dll\progfldr.DLL'

This tells me that the Program Folder class is part of Chris's Audio
CDCreator application.

If you clone:

 https://github.com/OS2World/APP-CDRECORD-Audio-Data_CD_Creator

you will find a copy the formerly missing progfolder.hh.  The bad news is
that the .IDL files are not in to repo.  I recommend you ask Martin
Itubide if he happens to have them.  He may have worked with Chris to open
source the code and push to the repo.  It's also possible he just uploaded
the already available source code.

Of course, if you have no need to modify the .idl file, you don't need it
to build binaries.
