We live in a multi-verse :-)
Is there any possibility that this issue is in any way related to the 100%
utilization that Massimo sometimes sees for stunnel?
My current guess on the stunnel issue is that there is a select() loop
that needs to be throttled. However, I am still waiting to Massimo to be
ready for me to test this theory on his system, via a HelpDesk session.
