So it can. In this sense, it does what Peter's REXX script does.
There is code in CWRP.c that that manipulates the menus and dialogs of to
change the font size of a running.

On a related note, I've run into systems that do not have a setting for
PM_DISPLAYDRIVERS/DEFAULTSYSTEMRESOLUTION and this causes some apps to
misbehave.
