cert.00x.something are files created by weasel MTA
so nothing related to LE stuff

i find this "stuff" in the cert directory and of course the renewal fails.
This happened about 1 month ago and i've completely forgot that.. :-)
I've now restarted the script manually since thunderbird was complaining
that the popS certificate has problems*, and all went well.
Steven, is there a way for the script to manage this situation and do a second retry?
