Hmmm.  I had ticket 785 marked a stale because I did not realize that you
had uploaded exceptq report with the fixes I needed.

For some reason, I never received the notice of your upload and I can't
find where you mentioned this in the email thread back in Jun.  Oh well.

The exceptq report shows what happened, although not why.

For some as yet unknown reason, an unlock call failed because the stream
was not locked.  Since this occurred in isc_lex_gettoken() which runs
often, I have to assume for now that some sort of data corruption snuck in
clobbered the stream data.
