AFAIK, reverse lookup is only valid for 3.1.0 and later.
and this one:
hosts allow = 192.168.10.100

[29341] IGNORING unknown parameter "host allow"
Are you sure the option in your conf is "hosts allow" and not "host allow"? The correct option is "hosts allow" (plural).
