Offhand this one looks like it should work. What you need to do first is verify that the HTTPUserAgent keyword works for our port if you put it into your freshclam.conf. See https://linux.die.net/man/5/freshclam.conf What should happen with the current code is that freshclam will refuse to= honor the request since you are attempting to download from clamav.net.
