you should see several patches for clamav-0.103.12. Some are security
fixes (that you should apply, too), but the impersonate-user-agent one
in particular will have freshclam fake its user-agent to re-enable
signature updates.

I doubt that it matters whether freshclam and clamav are the same version;
just use a modern freshclam to update your signatures.

Maybe we could try to port only freshclam, or to modify the version in 0.103.10 build
so that the server repository believe that it's the last build.
