Hi,

i've added "set EXCEPTQ=Z" in the config.sys
bind showed again the issue, but i don't find anywhere an excetpq dump

I was not sufficiently clear.  I meant to say that set EXCEPTQ=Z might
give us an exceptq report with some additional info.  I never meant to
imply that this was a sure thing.

The same is true for set EXCEPTQ=ZZ.

BTW, I would not recommend putting either of these in config.sys.  I would
put them in the script that starts bind.  If you put these in config.sys,
you are likely to get hundreds of not very useful exceptq reports.

Hi,

i start bind in this way:

'@x:
'@cd x:\bind\bin'
'@start /N "DNS" /min x:\bind\sbin\named.exe -c c:\mptn\etc\named.conf'

if i put the SET between cd x.. command line and start command line it will keep the env.
var. excetpq=z in memory for the session?
