I haven't been able to find out where the file name is specified. I have the impression that it is built into uacme.exe. In any case, it's always been cert.pem for me.
do you run renewals manually or scheduled if the 2nd which kind of > schedulerI use the scheduler that's part of DragText. However, that only makes one attempt. Since uacme.exe fails more often than not, I usually end up running it several times manually after the first attempt fails. I should write myself a script that keeps trying, but I never got around to it.
