The reason was that it would hang on OS2LVM.DMD. In turn Promox is based on QEMU engine the above error was fixed. It was a bug in QEMU. The bad news is that later versions of Prmox something else was broken in QEMU that causes the OS2KRNL to hang at startup. This has not been resolved from what I understand, I checked with somebody who uses QEMU with ArcaOS. Roderick
