Hi all,

is there a (better if free) tool on /2 to split an (apache) log at a certain date?
The log is >2GB.

In the hope it can be of any help for someone i've discovered the
split command (under \usr\bin) that works well.

eg.

split -n 2 log_to_split log_splitted

(this cut in 2 smaller filess a log)
