Hey folks,

I got PHP 8.5.12 compiling today and even resolved the issues with 
/dev/urandom that were present in the 8.3.x builds from late 2024 (wow, 
has it really been that long?).

Anyways, this has been very lightly tested here with a mantis and 
phpmyadmin setup on my bare metal box.

One thing to take note of is that the php bz2 module has been renamed 
from bz2.dll to phpbz2.dll to avoid clashes with the rpm module that has 
the same dll name.
