it's unlikely that the fix is in netlab-rel's libcx 0.6.8-1.

I'm not exactly sure why, but there's a large backlog of packages stuck in
netlabs-exp.  There are a couple of packages that I know are not ready for
netlabs-rel because they break older apps, but libcx and libcn are not
part of this group, TTBOMK.

Let's see if Roderick and I can find out what the hold up is.
