Yes, we now understand why the output is so limited.

We need to focus on what is different about your system or systems that
causes 5.58 to abort.

Let's do a complete check of your loaded DLLs.  Grab

  <http:/www.warpcave.com/betas/chkdll32-1.02-20210121.zip>

It's a refresh of chkdll32x-20210121.zip with names that make a bit more
sense, in hindsight, and a few readme updates.

Run it as

  chkdll32-102 -! stunnel.exe

Paul's original suggestion only checks the one level.  Running
chkdll32-102 here as:

chkdll32-102 -! d:\usr2\bin\stunnel.exe |& grep USR

outputs

Loading DLL 'libc066' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBC066.DLL.
  Loading DLL 'libcn0' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBCN0.DLL.
    All DLL's used by 'D:\USR\LIB\LIBCN0.DLL' could be loaded.
  All DLL's used by 'D:\USR\LIB\LIBC066.DLL' could be loaded. Loading DLL
'libcx0' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBCX0.DLL.
  Loading DLL 'libcn0' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBCN0.DLL.
  Loading DLL 'gcc1' --> D:\USR\LIB\GCC1.DLL.
    Loading DLL 'libcn0' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBCN0.DLL.
    All DLL's used by 'D:\USR\LIB\GCC1.DLL' could be loaded.
  All DLL's used by 'D:\USR\LIB\LIBCX0.DLL' could be loaded.
Loading DLL 'pthr01' --> D:\USR\LIB\PTHR01.DLL.
  Loading DLL 'libcn0' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBCN0.DLL.
  Loading DLL 'libcx0' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBCX0.DLL.
  Loading DLL 'gcc1' --> D:\USR\LIB\GCC1.DLL.
  All DLL's used by 'D:\USR\LIB\PTHR01.DLL' could be loaded.

which is more complete list of the required DLLs installed from rpm/yum.

Notice that if you run the original checkdll v1.01, the result is the
truncated:

>chkdll32-101 -! d:\usr2\bin\stunnel.exe |& less
Loading DLL 'libc066' --> D:\USR\LIB\LIBC066.DLL.
