There's not supposed to be. The readme is intended to be as generic as
possible and the links change all the time.
The links will be in the ticket or in an e-mail message, as they always
have been. It's up to you to keep up with the ticket notes and the
e-mails to make sure you have the most recent version of the relevant
files.
