You should not even be asking this question. You should already know that
yum tracks what is installed on your system with the yum/rpm database.  If
yum thinks that libc066.dll is not installed, it is because the database
indicates this

i copied it manually, since ANPM don't show KLIBC package... 😥

There are any number of reasons why yum might be doing this.  It is
probably time to make use of the ANPM troubleshooting wiki.

going to update anpm to 1.0.6

but when i start the executable i get WarpIN: Error
to install this archive you need to install warpin 0.9.14 or higher..
do i've tried to update warpin and installed version 1.0.24


so again, we are in a loop
like with idebug for wget, since you refuse to give me a fuc$ing link to download the package (here, in email and on mantis too), sorry

also yum install wget don't work and it say it don't find any package
