I am not sure why you can't see the link in the ticket that is clearly
visible to anyone else that reads the ticket.

You must be doing something wrong or your database is corrupted. Everyone
else can see it. For example:
[d:\tmp]yum list wget
Installed Packages
wget.i686 1.20.3-2.oc00
installed
If you continue to insist on providing your desription of the problem,
rather than exact error messages copy/pasted from the screen, you are on
your own when it comes to solving your specific problems.
Regardless of what you think, no one will be able to help you, even if
they choose to try.
