Hi Massimo,

#Inetcfg: CURRENT DEFAULT MINIMUM MAXIMUM
Inetcfg current Defalt min Max
keepalive 300 7800 0 7800 KeepAlive (sec)
tcpswinsize 131072 32768 1024 246723 TCP SendWindow Size
tcprwinsize 131072 32768 1024 246723 TCP RecvWindow Size
udpswinsize 41600 9216 1024 246723 UDP SendWindow Size
udprwinsize 41600 41600 1024 246723 UDP RecvWindow Size

for which kind of internet connection?

As indicated by the TCP/UDP column, for TCP and UDP connections.

If you mean what kind of hardware connection, according to the testing
that has been done (review the os2world thread), this does not seem to
affect the optimal settings all that much in relative terms.

Any setting anyone recommends is only a starting point.  You need to tune
the settings by testing on your specific setup.

Steven

i don't see a lot of difference tuning tcpwinsize udpwins.. etc...
i'd say from 7MB to 9MB of download per second

instead i've seen a huge improvements
in setting this values in IJ FW

1492 as MTU and 1452 in MSS auto Adjust in Intermediary/Fragmentation section

connection is a classic FTTC 100Megabit/sec downstreaming
an 30Megabit/sec upstreaming (with 8 internet static IPs)
