Didnt think to use a validator..

The doc already has:
xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"
and
meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="application/xhtml+xml;
charset=utf-8"/
Wonder if it might be the hosting server adding (or removing)
something. Possibilities to check.
