You need to update to:

04-13-12  19:42          69,632      0  daytime.exe
af5c0125556550bf0b3b4ff75062297a *daytime.exe

which ships with ArcaOS.  It includes fixes from Bob Blair, Alex Taylor
and myself and is part of the ArcaOS timeset package.

FWIW, the daytime protocol is not the best choice for a time set utility.
