Hi,

so i'm running an outdated build

Yes, altough it is impossible to know if it is the cause of your freeze
based on the limited data you have supplied so far.  Any specific work on
the freeze will required a manitis ticket on Paul's site.

thanks, where can i download it?

From the usual place for my new-ish builds that for one reason or another
have not been uploaded to hobbes:

This is my equivalant to Paul's:

(at scheduled bkup time doing a bkup with rsync)

each time the cron start a rsync bkup the server freeze completely
so that i've to turn if off to reboot

any help?
thanks

massimo

i add more details, the server freeze when rsync get started as program
while the server also have rsync running as daemon

it sends out bkups and also it receive (incoming) bkups

massimo

i am doing further tests

the server freeze even if i run bkups (with rsync scripts of course) as program without the rsync daemon running on the same server
