There's something wrong with your ANPM installation.  If you read the
online help for the Export Package List menu item, you would know that the
Save Package List dialog should appears.

Just to be sure, verify that you are running the most recent version

  https://repos.arcanoae.com/anpm/anpm_1_1_0_2.exe

If this is not the issue, you probably need to use the

 Manage -> YUM Tools -> Cleanup

and/or

  Manage -> YUM Tools -> Maintenance

menu options to fix whatever is wrong with the yum/rpm databases.

As an alternative, upload the output of

  yum list installed

to the ticket.  Of course, if you have database issues, this may fail too.
