Hi all,

i've the 2 dump files

the first (file PDUMP.000) before trying to kill it
(i've previously disabled the code in the fault-daemon)

the second (file PDUMP.001) after a lot of go -ka named

but these dumps are taken with the original build: bind-9.11.37-os2-20230531.zip

now i'm going to update it

notice named has hung and the second taken after you have attempted to
kill named.  With a bit of luck, this will help us figure out why the kill
fails.
