The only difference compared to the 9.11.37 build you were running and this build is that this build is built with debug symbols. Unless something else has changes, the generated executable code and data should be identical. However since the 9.11.37 build you were running is almost a year old it's very possible that Paul has updated one or more of the components that bind requires. This might explain the change in behavior. What is important is that you capture the before and after dump files when it does hang. After that there's not need to keep the new build in place, especially since it's not working well.
