I have no clue how this works - all I did was compile the binary.
As Steven indicated, Max should have scripts he can share once he
wakes up.

A while back I ported uacme - which is a
certbot/letsencrypt client. https://smedley.id.au/tmp/uacme-1.0.19-os2-20191003.zip
Massimo has been successfully using it for a whole.
