on steven along with
conf\scoug_virtualhost.conf
starting at line 52. This is a working https setup using self-signed
certificates.
You can't currently use https on steven because it's disabled by
conf\httpd.conf:163
# LoadModule ssl_module modules/ssl.dll
The self-signed certificate is probably expired too.
