I think that one is emx based. Unless you're using an emx build if rsync,
this won't work....

Yes, probably explains why it doesnt work, something I didnt
even give a thought about. I'll have a look at some early versions
when I have time and see how I go. Might have to have a
look at the Klibc user manager.
