This was a change that was discussed on the list when you asked Paul to
build 1.2.4 and was discussed extensively on the list. The consensus
opinion was that defaulting to /@unixroot/etc/ssl/uacme would work better
for most installations. The option to override with the -c option is
still there for those that prefer some other behavior.
