where can i find these updated DLLs?

Notice that the bldlevel indicates that the DLL was build and distributed
by bitwiseworks.  This means that with close to 100% certainly it is
available from the netlabs-rel yum repo.  Use yum or anpm to determine
which package contains these DLLs.
