Thanks for the tip.  Got in a tight loop on the first re-boot, but the next re-boot seemed to clear it up.

Chuck, your directions imply the availability of a floppy device. What about for those who do not have a docking station available? I'm thinking that the only fix would be to modify the CD image and re-burn.

USB floppy is the easiest solution.
