What is the SetGetThrtl and the other command (or where can I find
out about it)?  When I click on that link I get a 404.  And please
post when you find the 104b kernel.

I do not think there is such an animal as the 104b kernel.  The kernel that was supposed to ship in the never released to the public Fixpack 6 was exactly the same as the 104a kernel except for an update to 14.105 in the level info.
