Answering my own question:
The trap screen shows a FAT32 error. I rem'd out fat32.ifs and then booted. There was an error
displayed, I didn't catch it. It had to do with an error in FAT32, probably something else (LVM?)
complaining because there was no driver.
Anyway that uniaud32 loaded.
I then updated it to the one Paul just posted, uniaud32-20081025, and that boots w/o any errors and
I can play some video's at utube. Interestingly, I note that more than a few just show a blank
screen w/o audio. Wonder why?
