Run:
PCI.EXE > YourTPadDevs.Txt
to get the list of your devices into a text file.
Use your favorite editor to do a find on the word 'Wireless'.
In my case, on a T60, the first three lines of the entry shows:
> Bus 3 (PCI Express), Device Number 0, Device Function 0
> Vendor 8086h Intel Corporation
> Device 4227h PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection
So, my device is (8086:4227), taken from Vendor:Device.
