I once had this issue myself. I just don't recall what I determined to be the answer. Are you using Dani's driver? Here's what I've got on the T43 (simply as reference): BASEDEV=DANIS506.ADD /VL /GBM /A:0 /U:0 /IT:5 /A:1 /BAY /A:2 /BAY /A:3 /PCS Make sure you at least have the /PCS option specified: /PCS Support all found PCCard Slots /PCS:n Support at most n PCCard Slots I'm currently using 1.8.1. If you're using IBM1S506, I'm not sure of the options... Also, check out the possible need for: ICMEMCDD.SYS or ICMEMTD.SYS, and PCM2ATA.SYS. It's been so long since I used my CF drive, that I can't recall.
