Thanks for the links, I'll look them over after the dust around here settles.

FWIW, I did check with the local Batteries Plus, who have rebuilt calculator batteries, etc. for me
in the past.  They said they couldn't do a laptop battery.  Maybe I'll know more after I look at
those links.

I'll bet your working until midnight tonight!  ;-)
