IIRC squid has definitions/code for those functions. Can you post your current diffs somewhere and I'll see if I can get it compiling with tcpv40hdrs

Cheers,

Paul

Hi Dave,

Compile now throws loads of tcp related errors. Like:
fake-rfc2553.c:183: warning: implicit declaration of function 'inet_aton'
u:/usr/include/arpa/inet.h defines it but *not* if TCPV40HDRS is defined.

Well, as the man pages say

 4.3BSD. inet_addr() and inet_ntoa() are specified in POSIX.1-2001.
 inet_aton() is not specified in POSIX.1-2001, but is available on
 most systems.

The missing APIs did not exist for TCP/IP 4.0 so you can't use them.

Hi Steven

Oh well - it was worth a try I suppose. I guess it would not build under EMX either for the same reason(s).

Kind regards
