Help updated on trunk. r209 & r210.

Alfredo, this adds two paragraphs to the Priority dialog topic and a 
footnote about DOS sessions which do list a Priority... option on the 
context menu and a line in the Miscellaneous properties topic concerning the 
proper actions to take to switch language.

Should be easy to spot.
