-Tile and Cascade still seem to be problematic and do funny (maybe slightly
different?) stuff with certain windows compared to what the system does:

A related glitch: open any WPS window, like Computer. Like the Desktop, it reacts to Tile and Cascade hotkeys (but this time these seem to work properly), but the hotkeys are not shown in the PM popup.
