This fixes some formatting in the English help, Updates the History, the Spanish help and menu strings (Thanks Alfredo). :) This should be the GA (this time I mean it). Thanks Stop the press! ;p I've moved the "Ctrl+Alt+" label a bit to the left to try and avoid clipping it in the Spanish UI, and I've noticed there's a problem with your IPF building environment, which fails to format notes (":nt.") properly, see screenshot.
