In all of my installations, I see no performance impact by running IPX alongside IP. I've never used compatibility mode, and as IPX addressing is a no-brainer, it's always seemed to be a simple matter of enabling IPX at install time and leaving it alone. Are they planning to remove IPX from the wire over there?
