Are the volumes traditional or NSS? If NSS, try a pool verify to see if you get any errors listed. If traditional, try VREPAIR. It's possible that something else caused the corruption, too, such as TSAFS.NLM (which is evil; I've been using TSA600 instead). Also, check to be sure that the EAs are intact, as this sounds like something chewed them.
