The more I look at this, the more I'm inclined to agree with you, Vaughn. That said, CUPS is indeed IPP-capable, and according to the notes in CVS, there have been code changes checked in to "make it work better on OS/2." I'll check with the guys on the OS2Unix list to see if anyone has a binary, or I'll try building it myself.
