Sorry, everyone. Due to my tinkering (and a misplaced */ in the "final" REXX code), I broke the lists last night. I discovered the problem this morning, and everything should be fixed, including the correct timezone offset in the date header of each message (thanks to Carl Gehr for all his help yesterday).
