You used the text mode login? Does NetWare Tools work to log you in? Bindery or NDS? From the error message, oit looks like the login.exe is corrupt. Perhaps you have another login.exe in your path which is getting called and not the NetWare login.exe? What is the timestamp & size of your NetWare login.exe?
