What was the ethernet (wired) card again (can't find it now) and which driver are you using?

Well, after updated GenMAC and doing the SYN thingy my
system still crashes with SOCKET.SYS.
This is threatening my whole OS/2 setup as I can't
afford to work like that.
Does anyone out there know what to do?

You need to log into ftp.netlabs.org as the user
"netlabs" with a password of "rulez". In a browser, just use Adrian's
link, replacing " <at> " with "@".

When following that link I only get the error
message
"Can not change directory".

There were indeed some issues with the 1.0 build
addressed in 1.07. You should be able to grab 1.7 by following the info
in
Adrian's post on the GenMAC user list at
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.org.netlabs.genmac.user/260/match=
which will direct you to:
ftp://netlabs:rulez <at>
ftp.netlabs.org/ndis/genmac17.zip
Please note Adrian's comments in the mailing

Well, I expressed myself wrongly here.
I am using the E1000 driver for the wired NIC.
WiFi runs on GenMac:

Now where to get that 1.07 version you listed?
Thankz

Hmmm... So you're using GenMAC for your wired
ethernet as well as wireless? And you get these crashes both wired
and
wireless? Try a non-GenMAC driver for the wired NIC, if that is
the
case.
FWIW, here is my info:
INETVER identical to yours.

Hi Lewis !
By now my OS/2 system has become pretty much a
CRAP
system as far as the Internet is concerned.
I just can not afford to have this damn box
crash
with
dozens of apps running:
Version numbers of TCP/IP protocol drivers:
SOCKETS.SYS: 6.3100
AFOS2.SYS: 6.3100
AFINET.SYS: 6.3100
Not sure how to get the NIC versions, but I do
know
that the GenMac driver should be the latest
version
around.
I'm also using the latest WiFi driver version.
Thanks for any help

Is there any non-standard fix out for that
