Or allocate the problem in a proper way. I can't remeber if you had
given an answer.
I have posted a message about the output of netstat. Or did you send a
reply to the list.
My gues is that the IP stack is running out resources somehow and that
is why its crashing.

So far I have not realy seen any difference between these two drivers.
Maybe with older NIC dirvers.
The Mensy servers have been running for years with the WSeB stack even
using alias settings on the stack.
Cruching terabytes of data.

How would payment be usefull if you don't realy know where the cause
is. So far we have seen a long train of emails coming and its difficult
to see what is realy going on.
