Interesting.  I am running those on my current T42 (a 2373-CD8) and am very
stable.  I'd suspect some other interaction but don't have any idea.  It
might be interesting to compare the SYSLEVEL of the various components,
that was in that zip file too.  As for card drivers, I use the standard
E1000 driver for the hard port, and then Genmac for the wireless G.

I too use the T42, originally with the same driver specs... now I use Genmac for both.
