The $40 (maybe 49, i forget) gives you lifetime access to the service.
Everyone pays same per-second rate (which varies with medium and
location -- see their site)

Didn't know if it yet; my UK visit stimulated me to research the market.
There is a competitive provider but this one seems better suited to
SOHO businesses and individual runts like me.
